Ingredients

1 1/4: Cups plain Flour

1: Stick butter

1/2: cup pecans

1: 8 oz package cream cheese

1: Lg Cool Whip

1: cup powdered sugar

3: cups milk

2: small boxes instant chocolate pudding

1/2: cup extra pecans

Directions

1 Mix and spread flour, butter and pecans in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
2 Mix well: cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix 2 packages chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread other half of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle extra pecans on top. Chill until ready to serve.
