So simply delicious and quick. We swapped three cheese cooking sauce for the scratch white sauce and used refrigerated sliced potatoes instead of peeling and slicing fresh spuds.

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce

tablespoons butter or margarine

bag (20 oz) refrigerated potato slices

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In 3-quart saucepan, heat cooking sauce, butter, potatoes and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boiling, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Pour hot potato mixture into baking dish.
  3. Bake about 25 minutes or until bubbly around edges and hot in center.
