Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño chile, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Steps

    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
