small jalapeño chile, seeds removed, finely chopped

tablespoon rice vinegar
  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Variation
Using 1 jalapeño chile makes a mild-medium salsa. Add another if you like it hot!
