Ingredients

cups Original Bisquick® mix
1
lb bulk spicy or regular pork sausage
2
cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Ranch dressing, honey mustard or barbecue sauce, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 48 mini muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray. In large bowl, mix Bisquick mix, sausage and cheese, pressing together with hands. Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls into muffin cups.
  • 2 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to cooling racks. Serve warm with dressing.

Have loved these sausage cheese balls forever. I have been eating or making them for the past 37 years. I make them ahead of time and freeze them so they are always on hand when needed.
