Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup purchased Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 hoagie buns, split
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 3/4 lb. sliced cooked turkey
  • 8 thin slices tomato (about 1 large)
  • 1/4 lb. sliced hard salami
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 (3/4-oz.) slices American cheese, halved

    Spread dressing evenly on cut sides of buns.

    Layer bottom halves of buns with lettuce, turkey, tomato, salami, cucumber and cheese. Cover with top halves of buns.
