I did everything it said to do and it didn't turn out as well as I thought it would. My family eats a lot of mac and cheese and for the work I would still use a box.. :-(

Turned out well...I like some others had the problem w/ the crumbly mixture but redid it & added milk right away. I think the instructions are a little off with that. But overall was very good! I used a mixture of cheddar & mozzerella...will prob use more cheddar next time.

I made this recipe following instructions exactly. The flavor was excellent, but I wish I had taken the dish out of the oven sooner, or not put in to bake at all! The texture was a bit too dry for my liking. I prefer my mac and cheese creamier. I will try this again sometime soon and adjust the baking time.

This was a great recipe, but it did need more salt. It's best when it's fresh, the left-overs were a little dry. But, still a great recipe!
