Very tasty and filling enough for my man. I'd recommend peeling the squash; the skin was pretty leathery after baking.

It tasted better than it looked..really. The apples were mushy and the peelings cames off the apple, didn''t look very appealing. I can''t say I would make this again...expecially if I trying to impress company with a nice " harvest dinner" :)
