Fall Fruit Medley

A sweet poppy seed dressing beautifully coats fresh cut fruit in a 20-minute recipe.

Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing

1/4
cup vegetable oil
3
tablespoons honey

tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2
teaspoons poppy seed

Fruits

orange, peeled, sliced
1
medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
1
small bunch seedless grapes, each cut in half (2 cups)

apples, cubed

  • 1 In tightly covered container, shake dressing ingredients until well mixed. Shake again before pouring over fruits.
  • 2 In large bowl, toss dressing with orange, pineapple and grapes. Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours. Just before serving, stir in apples.

Expert Tips

Use a mixture of red and green grapes to add color to the fruit medley.

Save prep time by purchasing precut pineapple.
