Elderflower-White Wine Sangria

A quick refreshing fruity and lightly floral summer drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ripe medium mango, seed removed, peeled and chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup berries (raspberries and blackberries)
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) sparkling water, chilled
  • Ice

Steps

  • 1
    In pitcher, stir together all ingredients except sparkling water and ice. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

    Just before serving, pour sparkling water into pitcher to fill. Stir gently to mix. Fill glasses with ice; pour mixture over ice. Top with remaining sparkling water.
