Elderflower-White Wine Sangria

A quick refreshing fruity and lightly floral summer drink.

Ingredients

bottle (750 ml) white wine
1 1/2
cups elderflower liqueur
1
ripe medium mango, seed removed, peeled and chopped (1 cup)
1/2
lime, thinly sliced
1/2
orange, thinly sliced
1
cup berries (raspberries and blackberries)
1
bottle (1 liter) sparkling water, chilled
Ice

  • 1 In pitcher, stir together all ingredients except sparkling water and ice. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
  • 2 Just before serving, pour sparkling water into pitcher to fill. Stir gently to mix. Fill glasses with ice; pour mixture over ice. Top with remaining sparkling water.
