I left out the rice and used black beans instead of refried beans to give it a healthier touch. It was perfect and made for easy leftovers.

I made this for my husband, he loved it. I did take the advise of one of the reveiwers and used the "spanish" styled rice, it really added a lot of flavor. I will definatley try this again. It was quick and easy!

Great recipe! My picky family loved it! This one is a keeper. I also liked the fact that you did not have to turn on your oven. This will be a good recipe for the summer.

I made the El Grande Burritos for my family. We all loved them very much, It was quick and easy to do instead of the white rice, I used a spanish rice and it made it even better. You can also used ground meat like you would for taco''s instead of the chicken. I make them both ways and it is always so good. Try this for you family they will love it....
