  1. Preheat oven to 450. In a skillet, sauce onions and tomatoes in about 2 T olive oil until soft. Make 4 wells in skillet spaced evently apart. Crack one egg into each well. Place skillet in preheat oven and cook until egg white is slightly set, about 5 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese.
