I made this cake today. It was wonderful. I had to ban my family from the kitchen while it cooled. It made the house smell heavenly. We drizzled some sugared strawberries over the top. Yum

This recipe was really easy. The ingredients were easy to find at my local grocery store. The preparation was simple, just mixed together all the ingredients with a hand mixer, and threw it into the oven. One hour later, the house smelled wonderful and the pound cake was Awesome!!. I would definitely make this again, for guest or for a special occasion. The pound cake came out very light and baked to a perfect golden brown. I would recommend this recipe to anyone.
