I haven't tried these, but some of these reviews don't sound too promising. I think I will use frozen hash browns and cook as directed adding some cheese. Then cook the egg separately and top the muffin cup with it, instead of baking the egg in the over.
That way I won't have to worry about the egg taking forever to cook or under or over done! And I'm guessing it will look just as pretty:)
