When I made this I used two cans of the Green Chilies, which made it have a little bit more heat. I believe serving this over rice would have been a really good idea, or possibly adding noodles, making it a little more filling.

You really have to like garlic to like this dish. It sounded so good and easy but boy was I wrong. The roasted garlic in the recipe starter overwhelmed the whole dish so you couldn't even taste the other ingredients. I added the whole package of taco seasoning and some cumin as well as taco sauce to try and bring out some other flavor but to no avail. Would not make this recipe again---it was awful and both my husband and myself like gartic but not this overpowering. Thumbs down on this one!!!
