packages (8 oz each) sliced mushrooms

cloves garlic, finely chopped

cans (18 oz each) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce

  • 1 Spray 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage, onion, mushrooms and garlic over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain very well.
  • 2 Place sausage mixture into slow cooker. Stir in cooking sauce. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
