lb beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes*

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce

bag (16 oz) frozen stew or soup vegetables, thawed, drained

teaspoon Italian seasoning
Garnishes, If Desired
Chopped fresh parsley
  1. Spray 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, the cooking sauce, vegetables and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours. Stir well before serving. Serve with parsley.
