Very yummy!!! I put 3 chicken breast and all the other ingredients (except pie crust and flour) in the crockpot for 6hour on low. I shredded the chicken and added the flour then put in the pie crust and baked until golden. It was really easy and tasted great. My picky kids even loved it.

This turned out really great. I used turkey instead of chicken. Since we had just cooked a big turkey for Thanksgiving we had a lot of leftover turkey. I also cooked the bottom pie crust in the oven for a few minutes before I filled it and put the top crust on.

I was very proud of this Chicken Pot Pie when it came out of the oven! Judging by the looks and taste of it, you would have guessed it was hours spent in the kitchen when actually it was so super simple and quick to make. I served this with a green side salad. It was a wonderful dinner for sure.
