Love this recipe when I'm craving Chinese. I make it all the time. But I add the chicken. I also only use fresh veggies (last night it was mushrooms, brocolli, onions and celery.) You have to cook the vegetables a little longer than 5 minutes... but it's so so good. A keeper!

I added chicken breast to this recipe and served it over rice - noodles were optional. My family loved it and couldn't get enough!
