Absolutely delicious and easy recipe! I didn't have broth on hand, so I used a jar of turkey gravy with one can each of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup. My husband loved it! This will definitely be a keeper for leftover turkey. So yummy!

This dish is disappointing. It just doesn't taste good. I don't recommend this at all. This is not a pot pie. It should be called Easy Turkey Bake or something similar.

I used this recipe with chicken, fresh snow peas (cut up) and fresh carrots (sliced) my own gravy left from the roast chicken. Used fresh mushrooms sliced. Great. Love the potato crust.

Yum! This was a real husband pleaser recipe too. I scaled the recipe to make 4 servings. I used one entire can of Cream of Mushroom Soup as that's what I had on hand. Also used reduced sodium chicken base mixed with water to make a half cup, as I did not have the chicken stock. It's an adaptable recipe- Very easy, very tasty, and will make this again and again.

I didn't have chicken stock, so I used a jar of turkey gravy instead. I also substituted cream of chicken for the cream of mushroom soup - so I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. It tastes awesome. I would recommend adding some salt and pepper, though.
