This was great, the husband and kids loved it! I blended some spinach into the broth to make it extra healthy for the kids who don't like spinach.

I made this last night and we loved it so much that I made up another batch for us to take for lunch today. It is a great way to use up left over turkey or chicken, and you can adapt it with whatever veggies you have on hand. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

I made this as a double recipe for 3 of us. And there's extra leftover:) Very simple to make and very good. You can even switch it up a bit and add chicken or pork etc....My family said you can make it again MOM;)so I'm very pleased THANKS Betty Crocker very much.
