I have made this cake 5 times in a month and a half.it is great. i have changed a few things about it.i added finely ground nuts to the cake part before cooking.I added 4TBSP of cornsyrup to the expresso mixture,i do use most of it when i brush it on.I use regular whipping cream not heavy whipping cream.the biggest challenge for me was finding the INSTANT EXPRESSO.I could only find it at PUBLIX.I went to walmart,winn-dixie,starbucks,dakota coffee shop, the only place you will find instant expresso is in a publix.i do not add the sprinkle of chocolate on top.the more you make this dessert the more you change a few things to fit what your family likes about it.my dad who is about to be 70 years old is stuck on this dessert,no matter what else i cook as a dessert i have to make this too.

Mine taste "okay" only but here's why... I didn't have rum or brandy so I used Kahlua. I didn't know if you're suppose to use the whole coffee/corn syrup mixture.. is it suppose to be watery or syrup(y)? I only used about half of the mixture(it just said brush on) I probably needed to use the whole thing? And the 2 tablespoon of cocoa on top was a bit much (i think 1 tablespoon is good enough). AND I think I should have poked more holes!

This is very good! Enjoyed by all. I did use Cool-Whip light in place of the cream but would use the real cream if it was for company or pot luck. The Cool Whip worked great!:)

To. Die. For. I am personally not a tiramisu fan, more like not a lady fingers fan what so ever. THIS might I say is thee BEST Tiramisu I have ever made or have had. Also Very easy. The Topping was so light and fluffy and delicious I actually saved some back to put on my coffee to have with the Tiramisu. I used everything to a "T" as with baking you you need to. Excellent and have def. passed this recipe on and WILL make again!

Had a girls craft day and made this dessert. Everyone went home with the recipe. I loved it! I didn't think the cream cheese/whipping cream mixture was sweet enough so I added more powdered sugar plus added about 1 tsp vanilla. Left a small pan at home for the rest of the family and they enjoyed it as well (enough that my husband had two pieces in one day). Excellent - will make again!!

I was so happy how this cake turned out! It is delicious! I used Amaretto instead of the brandy. I also sprinkled some heath brickle pieces on the top for some crunch. I think the cream topping would also work well on other cakes, and hope to try that sometime. It's a wonderful cake!!

This cake was delicious especially when served with coffee ice cream! I've never had authentic tiramisu so I can't make a comparison but we really liked this cake and I'm sure I will make it again.

So I screwed up when I made mine, and put in the WHOLE egg. cuz in the recipe it says THE OIL so I had to look at the box which threw me off when I went to add THE eggs. And it turned out just as good. Yes more cholesterol but still dang delicious, and I will try it next time with just the whites. I am sure it will just be not as yellow and a lil more fluffy But it is a def. recipe in my book now ..YUMMY!!!!

I made this cake a couple of months ago and my family raved about it. Ladyfingers are hard to find in the area I live in, but this is a easy and delicious recipe. My husband wants to know when I'm going to make it again. :-)

I made this cake a couple weeks ago but used a chocolate cake mix (forgot to add the brandy) and the cake fell in the middle. Of course, no one knew the cake fell when frosted:) I LOVED this cake.....I will especially be using the cream cheese/heavy cream frosting again....it was so awseome!! I will be making this cake again this week as a back to school treat for my girls...YUMMMM.
