Easy Thai Peanut Chicken
pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
cup creamy peanut butter
tablespoons soy sauce
boneless skinless chicken breasts
tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Cooked white rice
In medium bowl, mix cooking sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce with whisk until smooth; set aside.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil about 8 minutes, turning once, until browned.
Add sauce mixture to skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve with rice.
Serve with green beans.
Top chicken with chopped green onions.
