Easy Thai Peanut Chicken

An exciting and tasty Thai-inspired dish with Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ cooking sauce and only a few other ingredients.

pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
cup creamy peanut butter
tablespoons soy sauce
boneless skinless chicken breasts
tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Cooked white rice

  • 1 In medium bowl, mix cooking sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce with whisk until smooth; set aside.
  • 2 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil about 8 minutes, turning once, until browned.
  • 3 Add sauce mixture to skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
  • 4 Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve with rice.
