large boneless skinless chicken breasts

tablespoon rotissarie chicken seasoning

8 oz can pineapple tidbits (drained)

cup brown sugar

clove garlic

bottle teriyaki glaze (I use kikkoman's)

tablespoon cornstarch
1/4
cup cold water

tablespoon chopped chives
  1. Cut chicken into stips, or chunks if desired.
  2. Spray large deep fry pan with cooking spray, place chicken in pan and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Brown till golden in color.
  3. Add pineapple chunks and cook 1 minute to heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Be careful not to burn garlic.
  5. Add brown sugar and stir to mix.
  6. Add teriyaki glaze and heat till bubbling. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Mix cornstarch with water, and turn heat back up. Add cornstarch mixture to chicken mixture, and stir quickly to thicken sauce, about 1 more minute.
  8. Serve over your favorite rice, and buttered broccoli on the side.
