Ingredients

3: large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1: tablespoon rotissarie chicken seasoning

1: 8 oz can pineapple tidbits (drained)

1/4: cup brown sugar

1: clove garlic

1/2: bottle teriyaki glaze (I use kikkoman's)

1: tablespoon cornstarch

1/4: cup cold water

1: tablespoon chopped chives

Directions

1 Cut chicken into stips, or chunks if desired.
2 Spray large deep fry pan with cooking spray, place chicken in pan and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Brown till golden in color.
3 Add pineapple chunks and cook 1 minute to heat.
4 Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Be careful not to burn garlic.
5 Add brown sugar and stir to mix.
6 Add teriyaki glaze and heat till bubbling. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
7 Mix cornstarch with water, and turn heat back up. Add cornstarch mixture to chicken mixture, and stir quickly to thicken sauce, about 1 more minute.
8 Serve over your favorite rice, and buttered broccoli on the side.
