Easy sugar cookies

Super easy and great tasting cookies.This recipe is also great if you put it in your ice cream to make cookie dough ice cream! Warning: These cookies tend to disappear if left out!

TBSP Butter
Cup Sugar ( use a little bit lessthen 1/2 cup)
teaspoon vanilla extract (pure vanilla bean tastes the best!)
Large Egg ( keep the white seperated)
Cup Flour

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  2. Combine 6 TBSP butter, 1/2 cup sugar,1 teaspoon vanilla extract,1 egg YOKE, and 1 cup of flour in a medium mixing bowl. Blend until dough like.
  3. Make sure you don't eat any of the dough until the COOKIES come out of the oven
  4. Get a cookie sheet and put two peices of wax paper on it.
  5. Using an ice Cream Scoop take a fair amount of dough out of the bowl and make it into a ball, put on cookie sheet. Do until there is no more dough left in the pan.
  6. Place your fork into the egg whites, then press down on the cookies sprinkle with sugar
  7. Now press Heat on the oven and put the cookies in for 8- 10 long long long minutes!!!!
  8. slide the wax paper off the cookie sheet (if possible) onto a cooling rack
  9. now clean up all the mess you make unless you already did, then after 3 minutes.........
  10. get you friends and family together with a glass of milk and enjoy!!

I usally make three batches and freeze two of them for later! make one batch first and see if you like it! The first batch I made There was way to much butter so I reduced it to 6 TBSP Enjoy!!!
