Get rid...RID of the fake yogurt and use GREEK YOGURT....not Greek style ...THE REAL THING and then you have a truly nutritious smoothie without all the chemicals and additives.

I made this today=Yummy! But I used a 6oz Dannon Light & Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt, 3/4 cup skim milk, and 1/2 cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries! Makes 1 serving (about 186 calories)

Since I couldn't find the Yo plait Greek yogurt, I used Yo plait low-fat Strawberry yogurt and thought it was a great morning starter for a busy day.
