Love this recipe! I don't usually like to eat gf buns because they have a tendency to be heavy, so haven't had sloppy joes in a while. When I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it. So glad I did.
The Bisquick topping baked up so nice and 'fluffy', not the least bit heavy. It was even good warmed up 2 days later. All the guys in the house liked it and they don't even have to eat gluten free. It was easy to make and only took a few minutes to brown the meat with the onions and put all the ingredients together in the baking pan. We used ketchup to add a little more flavor, and I guess it could be added to the recipe itself. When I rewarmed the one serving that made it to the frig, I chopped up dill pickles and sprinkled them over the top because i usually have them with my sloppy joe. Made it even better! I will definitely be making this again.
