Replace the dill with scallions, use sharp cheddar cheese, and smoked salmon. Pour the batter into mini muffin pans and bake. Makes great appetizers for your next event.

this is a favorite in our house. we love salmon, and this is so easy and delicious. i double the dill and cheese, and use red salmon. this is great for entertaining as it is equally good hot, cold or room temperature.

I was also surprised with the consistence of this dish... Well... Not what I was expecting, but not bad... It showed some layers... Very soft and creamy. My 9 months old boy loved because he doesn't have teeth, and it was very easy for him to chew.

I usually love easy recipes and i thought this one would be delicuous. My boyfriend didn't like at all, and i think there was no flavor. Maybe cause it was canned salmon. Won't make it again.

This was a great meal, and pretty quick to make. The ease of this recipie is what really attracted me to it. It was a hit with my mom, my 7 year old daughter, and my partner. I will make this one again, and I highly reccomend it!

I thought this was ok; but my husband likes it. I always have to bake it longer than instructed for it to be completely cooked. Definitely test yours. I think I might like it more if I added a sweet veggie to it; such as sweet corn or sweet peas.
