Easy Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

tablespoons sugar
1
tablespoon cornstarch
1/3
cup water
1
package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries, thawed and undrained

Directions

  • 1 Mix sugar and cornstarch in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in water and raspberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Strain sauce through sieve or strainer to remove seeds if desired. Cool completely. About 1 1/4 cups sauce.
