EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Beef is easier to cut if partially frozen for 30 to 60 minutes.

Serve with a mixed green salad topped with sliced pears and dressing.

Quick-cooking ramen noodles, containing the seasoning packet, are perfect for fast dishes because you don't have to add a lot of ingredients.

I have been making this for over 30 years!! I should have opened a restaurant (maybe I would have been rich!!) anyway I cook chicken, steam broccoli, and top with green onions. My trick is to not add to much water to the soup.

My family really liked this one. I also remade it with frozen mixed vegetables and shrimp and got just as good of a reaction.

Very good! I used chicken instead of beef. Also used 2 chicken flavored Ramen Noodles packages. One is not enough for a hungry family. Added a little more stir fry sauce too. Very good!
