pound pork boneless shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces

medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

jar (16 oz) Old El Paso® salsa
1
can (15 ounces) chunky tomato sauce with onions, celery and green bell peppers
1
teaspoon Mexican seasoning
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
1
can (15 oz) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
  1. Mix all ingredients except beans in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until pork is tender.
  3. Stir in beans. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until hot.

Substitution
Vary the taste by using pinto beans instead of black beans and beef round steak instead of pork.
