These were very easy to make but lacked any real flavor. They were very blah and not something that I will ever make again. We had a lot of left overs...nobody had seconds or even finished their first serving. Most of the leftovers went straight to the trash.

I used the suggestions of others and used enchilada sauce instead of salsa and sour cream instead of the cheese sauce, it was odd tasting, well almost tasted like nothing, but definitely not cheese sauce. I also topped it off with more cheddar cheese and lettuce and tomato. They were really good with those few small changes.

This was a great way for me to use up some of our meat in a way that my family enjoyed. Super easy to make too.

I made this one night for my husband and just loved it and couldn't believe that it was hamburger helper and salsa. This is a must try.

This recipe was really good. Next time I'll make more than 6 - they were really big making only 6. Also, I'm going to skip the topping part. It was kind of weird and sour cream has a similar flavor.

I think that this was DELICIOUS!!! I did change a few things though...I added finely chopped onions, green pepper, red pepper & garlic. I also added extra taco seasonings to the beef. I used the topping sauce mixed into the rice mixture with some sour cream. I used enchilada sauce instead of salsa, I added refried beans & used mexican cheeses instead of cheddar cheese. My family absolutely loved this! I will definately make it again.

These were pretty good. I followed the recipe since it was my first time trying it. We topped it with sour cream and black olives. Next time I would probably add lettuce and tomato but overall it was good. I also used chedder jalapeno cheese for added kick.
