We made Peppermint Bark last year which was a huge hit! (I thought I blggoed about it, but guess not.) That would be fun again. And Bacon Candy would be tasty. I suppose we could also bottle up some homemade "Gyros/Lamb Burger seasoning." But, spices can get expensive...the pondering continues.

Actually, this recipe is already fine for celiacs. The Old El Paso brand Taco seasoning is one that does not contain any gluten. The only thing you would do different is use corn tortillas instead of flour! Enjoy!!

Someone asked about making it o.k. for celiacs. Find a way to add heat that has no flour in it. Green chilis are popular here. Finally I found recipes that didn't have too much fat. who knew I had to look under diabetic recipes?

It was great! I plan to use the leftovers as a salad topping for lunch tomorrow, just to change it up a little. I made add so cilantro also.

This is my very first Betty Crocker Recipe I have made. I am trying to eat a healthier and I must say this was pretty tasty! I served it in a bowl w/out tortillas. I'm completely satisfied! I did make a couple changes. Instead of using taco seasoning and plain black beans I grabbed a can of Bush's chipotle black beans it has a little corn in it. Absolutely divine!
