I made this with ham, but I used cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom. I also added a half bag of frozen hashbrowns. It was a hit at work and at home.

This recipe was okay. My kids enjoyed it but we all agree it could use more cheese. Maybe two cans of cheese soup instead of mushroom. Overall it was easy to prepare and everyone enjoyed it.
