What a comforting desert! I didn't change alot, just, like a reviewer said, to cream the cheese, butter first. Then add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, the milk, (or heavy whipping cream), then the coloring and mint flavoring, added extra mint. But I also didn't add the whole 3 cups of powdered sugar. Maybe 2 3/4 cups. Used heavy whipping cream instead of milk, and added a little more than 2 tablespoons. Frosting turned out wonderful! Five stars at our house!! Very easy, also!

Awesome recipe, I used the devil's cake mix for the base and the cream cheese frosting on top then just melted plain milk chocolate over the top, tasted great

This recipe was great, one of the best deserts i've ever made. But for the drizzle I just used melted chocolate frosting instead of the recipe, and to get the minty cream cheese frosting actually spreadable I had to get out an electric mixer. But everyone said that they tasted awesome.

These are rich, decadent, and wonderful!!! I used the cookie mix as the recipe calls for and my icing came out perfect - not too much, not too chalky as others have stated. I creamed the butter and cream cheese together first. Then I sifted the powder sugar in one cup at a time; mixing after each cup was added. Then I added heavy whipping cream (instead of milk), mint flavoring, and green food coloring before mixing one last time. I could have ate the whole batch by myself!!!!

There used to be a "box" pie ... this recipe would be great... use the chocolate cookie crumb pie shell, the peppermint cheese and then cool whip. The final thing it to sprinkle the tiny chocolate chips on the top. Chill and DIVE IN!

The frosting is almost as thick as the cookie/brownie part so if that seems like too much for you use a brownie mix and make them 'cake like' so they are thicker. I like using the cookie mix but could do with less frosting and more mint myself!

I made these yesterday and they were fantastic. It said to cool about 10 minutes but I think next time I will cool 15 minutes as the frosting seemed to melt because the brownie mix was still kind of warm. They are soooooo good and I know they will be made many more times!! Very easy too!

I made these for my daughter's softball game that was on St. Patricks Day. I bought brownie bites and added the frosting and chocolate drizle. Very easy and just the right size for an after the game sweet treat.
