I have made these a few times, I'm not a huge grasshopper flavor fan. I loved these! I made them for a large party because I wanted to be able to eat something there, people didn't even know they were gluten free.

I used whipped cream cheese frosting, and I added just a tad more mint extract than listed. Everyone loved them! They freeze great as well. I pull them from the freezer in the a.m., and add them to the kids' lunch boxes.

I made this recipe for a co-worker's birthday. Instead of making bars I just made the regular cake. It turned out spectacular! It was so good I made it again for my family at home. Everyone raved over the flavor of the frosting.

These bars were delicious! I made them for work and they were a big hit. The bars were soft and chewy, with the cool mint frosting and chocolate..it was yummy! Definitely a recipe I will make again!

These are great fun, and can be altered from a decoration perspective to reflect the Christmas holiday. I used a white chocolate chip drizzle with red food coloring. Made a very attractive and delicious Christmas bar to munch. They were gone in minutes!

These bars don't take long to make and are excellent after being chilled! You honestly can't tell they are gluten free. Everyone loved them and I will definitely make them again.
