This is one of my favorite Bisquick recipes. Really great for using fresh veggies from the garden and for a light yet filling meal when served with garlic bread.

I thought the recipe as written was a little bland, so I used canned diced tomatoes with green chiles, & added garlic. I also replaced half the parm cheese with asiago. Everyone loved it!

the easy garden bake was easy and delicious! i made one change...i added a 1/3 of a cup of low fat shredded cheddar cheese and decreased the parm cheese by half. everybody LOVED IT!

I wasn't impressed. The texture was a little weird and I thought it was extremely bland. My boyfriend thought it was good but I didn't even finish my piece.
