They taste like slightly thicker, chewier graham crackers! (I used far more cinnamon than called for, maybe a tablespoon or so, and, oh, yum.)

I made this for work. I did add a bit more cinnamon than called for and I sprinkled on toffee chips as well as the nuts. I have made them more than once. Easy to make and take and not messy to eat.

I made these to bring in for work. It was great because they are not too sweet. I also topped them with toffee chips and the taste was just wonderful. I added a touch more cinnamon as well.

this was easy as you said but being a diabetic i exchange the sugar to splenda. i found it good and delious. i only had i stick of margarine so i use 1/2 cup of peanutbutter for the other cup of butter it still was good.
