Enhancing the flavor without additional fat was what drew me to try this one, but, I'll remake it often because it was awesome and super easy! I ended up using thin spaghetti broken in 1" pieces (not fettuccine) and added a half cup more matchstick carrots (1 cup total). Remarkable combination of yummy ingredients; didn't even miss the more traditional heavier cream. Try it!

I doubled this recipe and used frozen stir fry veggies for even more convenience and variety, and my family loved it and it kept well and my husband took it to work for lunch for two more days! Great recipe!

This Chicken dish was a very good one. My husband does not like chicken that much so I try different reciepes with it so he will at least try it. When it was made he told me it was a keeper except to add tomatoes in it sometime either at the end or right before it is done I give it a five

What a delicious, quick and easy meal this was! I did need to add MUCH more dressing because the pasta would have been dry with the amount the recipe called for. Also added MUCH more fresh basil (mmmmmmm), more parm cheese, and used penne instead. It turned out great, and the recipe is pretty simple to remember so the second time I made it I didnt even need to refer to the recipe! YUM!

Loved this! I did have to make some changes; omitted the carrots and added diced Roma tomato on top, used double the garlic and about four or five times the basil! When I went to get the cheese, I discovered I didn't have any, so I used the feta I did have. Different, but very good. I think I will keep using the feta until I run out, then try it with the parm. I also used less pasta and chicken and more veggies. Used another's suggestion of using water rather then oil for browning the chicken. This recipe is a keeper! As with any recipe, use it as a base to make it your own, it's a guideline, not a requirement. :)

I saw this recipe and couldn't wait to make it!! So beyond easy and it was done in no time! I used an aged parmesan ranch dressing and it enhanced the flavor even more! My hubby loved it and said how good it was! I will be making this again and again!

AWESOME and easy! This is great when you want a good meal and are limited on time...tastes great! I used tomatoes instead of carrots and no basil and a little more noodles, dressing and cheese...I'm not sure you could mess this recipe up!

I was surprised that the Ranch Dressing made the dish so creamy, just wonderful. Each ingredient just complemented the others.

This recipe is quick and easy. I make it either with chicken or shrimp, and both turn out great. I usually leave out the carrots, since my husband is not big on cooked carrots. Sometimes add cauliflower as well. Very versatile recipe.

This recipes was just "alright". I had to put more spices in it to flavor it up some. I also put some real bacon bits in it and fresh, finely diced tomatoes on top for garnish. This dish was certainly not worth the calories or fat I put on eating it. Next time I'll just eat a bowl of ice cream...
