Expert Tips

A country French dish, the clafoutis or clafouti, is made by topping a layer of fruit in the bottom of a dish with batter. It can be served for brunch or dessert.

Use fresh seasonal fruits such as raspberries, rhubarb, cherries, peaches or other fruits in place of the canned fruits.
