This recipe was quite delicious! Instead of plain cheese soup, however, I used Campbell's Fiesty Nacho Cheese, and I think it added great flavor to the dish. Very tasty!!

If you are not a fan of spicy food, I would highly recommend using mild salsa. I dislike spicy things but thought I should follow the recipe. Big mistake, I couldn't even eat it. On an better note, my friends who do like spicy foods enjoyed the potatoes.
