Ingredients

1/2: cup melted margarine

1: teaspoon vanilla extract

1: cup sugar

2: eggs

1/2: cup flour

1/4: teaspoon baking powder

1/4: teaspoon salt

1/3: cup powdered baking cocoa

1/2: cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

1 Melt the margarine.
2 Combine sugar, vanila, and melted margarine.
3 Add eggs.
4 Mix the other ingredients in a different bowl.
5 Combine the 2 bowls into the larger bowl and add chopped nuts.
6 Grease and flour a 9x11 or 9x9 pan.
7 Spread batter in the pan.
8 Bake 15 minutes at 365 degrees.

I LOVE this brownie recipe. I have made it 3 time this last month. The only change I made was using butter since I can't eat margarine. I found that the cook time was a little short, so I cook them for 20 mins instead of 15, but still at 365. For fun I tried adding a squirt of Hershey's Chocolate syrup and they still turned out great.
