package (16 ounces) Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)

cup pizza sauce

teaspoon olive or vegetable oil

clove garlic, finely chopped

small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)

cups broccoli slaw

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Heat oven to 450º.
  2. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over bread shell.
  3. Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion in oil, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in broccoli slaw. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding up to 2 tablespoons water if necessary to prevent sticking, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  4. Spoon vegetable mixture evenly over pizza sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  5. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
