I actually haven't tried this recipe yet but I have a pot of potato soup on our meal plan and I think these would go nicely with it.

i used this recipe but in the place of broccoli, cheese and ham i used 1 lb cooked and crumbled sausage, 5 scrambled and diced to bite size eggs, 1 cup cheese. everything else i cooked as directed in this recipe, it was great.

Made these last night so I would have a quick dinner all ready when I came home from work tonight -- just reheat and eat ! They turned out great -- nice and moist, and very flavorful. I may add a bit of onion to them next time for a bit more flavor, but they're very good just as is. I'll definitely make them again !

Instead of using the regular Bisquick mix, milk, oil, n egg i just used a package of the Bisquick Complete Muffin mix Garlic & Chedder flavor and they came out great. My daughter and boyrfriend loved them
