This was sooo easy! I doubled up on the ham and cheese and added some salt and pepper. Next time I will add some garlic powder too (completely forgot about it this time around).

I made these a few weeks ago. We loved them. Makes a great lunch. I did add some salt, pepper and a little garlic power. Will be making them again.

I made these with reduced fat Bisquick, used plain broccoli with no cheese sauce, added a little onion and a used a little more cheese on top to make up for none with the veggies - was a little dry so will try adding an egg next time - the flavor was still great and my husband loved them

I made these with shredded chicken instead of ham (and a 3 cheese blend) but I'm excited to try them with ham, also. .. looking to add some pepperjack cheese for a little kick. Will let you know how they turn out.

These look beautiful and delicious, but goodness, 10g of fat per muffin? Will definitely do substitutions to try and lower that....

I actually haven't tried this recipe yet but I have a pot of potato soup on our meal plan and I think these would go nicely with it.

i used this recipe but in the place of broccoli, cheese and ham i used 1 lb cooked and crumbled sausage, 5 scrambled and diced to bite size eggs, 1 cup cheese. everything else i cooked as directed in this recipe, it was great.

Made these last night so I would have a quick dinner all ready when I came home from work tonight -- just reheat and eat ! They turned out great -- nice and moist, and very flavorful. I may add a bit of onion to them next time for a bit more flavor, but they're very good just as is. I'll definitely make them again !
