3-4 lb beef brisket, lipton onion soup mix,cranberry sauce and your favorite root vegetables like carrots, turnip, potatoes and onions.

Ingredients

3-4 lb Beef Brisket
2
cans cranberry jelly sauce
2
packages lipton onion soup mix or beefy soup mix
3
large potatoes
3
large carrots
3
large onions
1
large turnip

  • 1 Place brisket in large roasting pan. Put the cranberry sauce all over the top of the brisket,
  • 2 Cover the brisket tight with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 3 and 1/2 hours.
  • 3 Let rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.

Cut up vegetables first so they are ready to be tossed in with the brisket. Just place them all around the side of the roasting pan. Use a disposable pan for easy clean up!
