The best thing about this recipe is the easy. The sauce was pretty bland, but that's easily fixable. After it cooked and noticed this, we added some soy sauce and garlic to add flavor and salt. Next time we make this, we'll add soy and garlic along with some ginger from the begining.

Pretty good and very easy. The night before I mixed up the sauce and cut up the meat and veggies. I didn't have any seaseme seeds, so I left those out. I also made some whole wheat noodles in place of the rice. I added a little seaseme oil to the noodles, and it gave it a nice extra flavor. I would make it again.

I made some changes to this recipe. I added more mushrooms and broccoli. I also increased some of the sauce ingredients (the beef broth and teriyaki glaze/marinade). I felt it was missing some flavor, so I added some ground ginger to taste. As printed, this is a 4 spoon recipe. But with the changes I made, it was a keeper and I would give it 5 spoons.
