This is a amazeing meal in itself I loved that it gave the brocolli, iced tea, and ice cream sandwich suggestions. I also love the fact that it leaves the door wide open for what ever taste you have for Bar-B-Q sauce. My kids who are 6, 6, 4, and 2 gobbled it right up.

This was a really good recipe. I tried it this weekend with the family and they loved it. I made it just like it was listed and I also added some hickory smoked bacon to it and it was even better. This is going into rotation. =)

I LOVED this recipe! I added paprika and a ton of pepper to the Bisquick before coating the chicken. Mine wasn't really turning crispy so I ended up taking the rest of the stick of butter, cutting it up and placing it on top of the chicken and that helped get it crispier than it was. I also melted the cheese in the oven after putting the bbq sauce on top. Overall I loved it and I have 5 more pieces to last me this week!

My husband loves it when I make this chicken. I usually brine the chicken first in 1 qt water, 1/4 cup salt, and 1/4 cup sugar.

YUMMY!!! I made this for the first time for my fiancee and myself. I was looking for a different chicken dish. It was delicous. The only thing I did different was soak the chicken in Texas pete hot sauce for some extra flavor. YUM Will defintley make this again

This recipe is in the regular rotation at our house. I make more than the recipe calls for and still never have any leftovers. The only variation I use is that I salt & pepper the chicken breasts and I add some cayenne pepper to the bisquick. My daughter suggested I add some Italian herb seasonings to the bisquick next time. I might try that and use marinara instead of the BBQ sauce.
